UPDATE COVID-19 ANOUNCEMENT
In the light of the latest government advice, we have reviewed our opening arrangements.
We are still open for business and able to take orders via the website, email and phone. However, we cannot allow customers to call in, or to collect items from our premises until further notice, due to the movement restrictions. Some of our Suppliers are no longer open, so we are not able to offer our full range of parts and accessories. This means that not all parts may be in stock, even if it states ‘in stock’ on the website. Please check with us before ordering if the parts are required urgently.
If you place an order and there is a difficulty with stock availability we will contact you. Deliveries may also be affected by delays due to possible issues with Couriers experiencing difficulties.
We hope you can make the most of your time at home to make progress with your project or repairs. If this situation changes we will update this message.
The wellbeing of our staff is of paramount importance, we are therefore reviewing the daily cut off times so that we can provide the warehouse staff with more space to pack through the day.
Yesterday was a busy day and stocking levels will deplete over the next few weeks with little opportunity to replenish.
We will continue opening as long as Government guidelines remain the same and for as long as there is a demand and we can maintain reasonable availability.
